Forgot Your IPTV Login Details? Where to Find Them
If you forgot your IPTV login details, check three places before asking anyone. First, the message they arrived in: Flickhaven sends login details on WhatsApp, so search that chat. Second, any device that still plays channels, because the player app has the server URL and username saved in its playlist or account settings. Third, a saved M3U link, which carries the username and password inside it. If all three are gone, message Flickhaven support on WhatsApp and say you have lost your login details.

This guide sits in our IPTV troubleshooting fixes, and it covers a login you have lost, not one that has stopped working. The Flickhaven website has no customer login area, so there is no "forgot password" button to press; the WhatsApp chat where your details were sent is the first place to look. If it turns out your plan has simply ended, the current Flickhaven plans and prices are all on one page.
Start with the message they came in
Your IPTV login details arrived as a WhatsApp message, so the first place to look is that chat. Flickhaven sends login details on WhatsApp within minutes of payment confirmation, and the same conversation is where the free 24-hour trial is set up, so trial and paid logins usually sit in one thread.
Open WhatsApp and use the search bar at the top of the chat list. Three searches find the message quickly:
- "http" finds the server URL or the M3U link, because both start with it.
- Your username, if you remember any part of it, finds every message that mentions it.
- "username" or "password" finds the message that labels each value.
The message contains either an Xtream Codes login with a server URL, username and password, an M3U link, or both. The activation process over WhatsApp explains how that message is put together if you want to know what to expect.
If you have a new phone, check whether you restored your WhatsApp chat backup when you set it up. A fresh install without restoring a backup starts with an empty chat list, and the login message will not be there.
Read them back from a device that still works

Yes: any device that still plays your channels has your login saved, because the player app cannot connect without it. Open the playlist or account settings in the app on that device and you will usually find the server URL and username listed against the saved playlist.
Where exactly the details appear varies by app, and so does whether the password is shown in full or hidden behind dots. TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro and other players each lay their settings out differently, so check the playlist or account settings in your own app rather than following a menu path written for a different version.
The three values you are looking for each have a recognisable shape:
| Value | What it looks like | Where else it lives |
|---|---|---|
| Server URL | Starts with http:// or https://, then a domain name, often followed by a colon and a port number | The WhatsApp message; the start of your M3U link |
| Username | A short string of letters and numbers issued to you, not an email address | The WhatsApp message; the "username=" part of your M3U link |
| Password | A separate string issued with the username | The WhatsApp message; the "password=" part of your M3U link |
If the app hides the password, write down the username and server URL you can see anyway. The other two places in this guide may give you the password, and the username is useful when you contact support.
One thing not to do: do not type guesses into the login screen of a second device. Each wrong attempt is just another failed login, and the IPTV Smarters "failed to authorize" error is what a mistyped value usually produces.
Your M3U link already contains them
Yes, you can recover your IPTV username and password from an M3U link, because they are written into the link itself. If you saved the link anywhere, in a note, a browser bookmark, a document or a player app's playlist settings, you have your login.
An M3U link usually follows this pattern, with your own values in place of the placeholders:
http://server-address:port/get.php?username=YOUR-USERNAME&password=YOUR-PASSWORD&type=m3u_plus
Everything before "/get.php" is the server URL. The text after "username=" up to the next "&" is your username, and the text after "password=" up to the next "&" is your password. Compare this pattern with your own link rather than assuming every provider builds it the same way. Our guide to how an M3U playlist link is put together explains each part in more detail.
Because the username and password sit in the link in plain text, the link is a credential. Anyone who has it can use your line, so treat it exactly as you would the password.
If the chat is gone: contacting support
If you cannot find the WhatsApp message, a working device or a saved link, ask Flickhaven support for help. Message support on WhatsApp, say you have lost your login details and include your username if you have it; support will tell you what happens next.
Support runs on WhatsApp from 9am to 11pm UK time, 7 days a week, in English, Arabic and French. The Flickhaven contact page lists the number and the hours.
Keep the first message short and useful:
- Say that you have lost your login details.
- Include your username if you found it on a device.
- Mention the device and app you want to set up, so any setup questions can be answered in the same chat.
Do not send your password unprompted, in this chat or anywhere else. The username is enough to start the conversation.
Contact support about lost login detailsKeep them safe once you have them

Store your IPTV login details in one private place you can reach from any device, and keep them out of public view. A password manager is the best fit: it can hold the server URL, username and password in one entry, and it syncs between your phone and computer.
If you do not use a password manager, a private note on your phone works, as long as the phone has a lock screen. Pinning or starring the original WhatsApp message also keeps it at the top of the chat for next time.
What to avoid:
- Posting a screenshot of your login, settings screen or M3U link in a forum, group chat or social media post. The username and password are readable in it.
- Sharing the M3U link with friends or family. It gives them access to your line.
- Saving the link in a shared document that other people can open.
Lost login, or an expired plan?
If you still have your details but channels will not load, the problem is probably the plan, not the login. A lost login means you cannot find the three values at all. An expired plan means the values are still saved but the app now refuses them or may report the account as expired or inactive.
Flickhaven plans are prepaid with no contract and no auto-renewal, so a plan stops at the end of its term unless you renew it. If your app has your details saved and the error mentions expiry, renewing the plan is the fix rather than recovering the login; our guide to finding out when your plan ends covers that side. When the cause is unclear, send support your username on WhatsApp and ask whether the line is active.
Questions people ask about lost IPTV logins
I got a new phone and lost my IPTV login. What do I do?+
Check whether your WhatsApp chat backup was restored on the new phone; if it was, the original login message is still in the chat. If not, look on any other device that still plays channels, or for a saved M3U link. If none of those has it, message support on WhatsApp, say you have lost your login details and include your username if you have it.
Where do I find my IPTV server URL?+
In the WhatsApp message your login came in, in the playlist or account settings of any device that still works, or at the start of your M3U link, before "/get.php". It begins with http:// or https://.
Can I see my IPTV password in TiviMate?+
It depends on the app and its version. Some players show the saved password and some mask it. Check the playlist or account settings in your app; if the password is hidden, use the WhatsApp message or your M3U link instead.
Is it safe to send my IPTV login in a screenshot?+
Not publicly. A screenshot of your login or M3U link shows the username and password to anyone who sees it. When you contact support, send your username only and do not send the password unless you are asked for it.
Can I reset my IPTV password myself?+
The Flickhaven website has no customer login area, so there is no "forgot password" page to use. Message support on WhatsApp, say you have lost your login details, and support will tell you what happens next.
