Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page sets out the Flickhaven IPTV refund and cancellation terms in full: which circumstances qualify for a refund, how long a request takes to process, how cancellation works given that plans are one-time payments with no auto-renewal, and what evidence support may ask for when a technical fault is the reason. Please read the following policy carefully before subscribing to our service. Refunds are limited to the 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase, set out below, and we ask every customer to use the free 24-hour trial first.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Your first Flickhaven purchase carries a 7-day money-back guarantee, counted from the moment you pay. If a service problem you report to support within those 7 days cannot be fixed, we refund the full amount you paid.

Fix First

Tell us about the problem on WhatsApp or by email so we can try to fix it first. Our support team is committed to fixing technical issues within 48 hours. The refund applies when the problem cannot be fixed.

What Is Not Covered

No refunds are issued for: requests made more than 7 days after payment; purchases after your first; problems caused by your own device, app setup or home internet/ISP; "change of mind"; accounts in breach of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy; or a second refund request.

24-Hour Trial and Plan End

We recommend every customer uses the free 24-hour trial first, on their own TV and broadband, before paying. Plans are prepaid for a fixed term and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: a plan simply ends when its term is over.
