These terms set out the agreement between Flickhaven and its subscribers: what the service provides, how payment and plan terms work, the acceptable-use rules including the simultaneous-stream limit, the circumstances under which an account may be suspended, and the limits of liability. Plans are prepaid with no auto-renewal, so there is no rolling commitment. The refund policy and acceptable use policy are separate documents referenced throughout.

Uptime Target
We aim for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance via our Telegram and support channel.
Single Connection
Unless a multi-room plan is purchased, accounts are limited to one simultaneous stream. Account sharing will result in an automatic ban without a refund.
Device Support
Our service supports Firestick, Android, iOS, Mag Boxes, and all major Smart TVs via Xtream Codes or M3U.
General Terms
Flickhaven reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
You agree not to resell, redistribute, or share your account credentials with third parties. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.
Our service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
