Will I be charged again when my plan ends?
No. Every plan is prepaid for a fixed term and nothing renews by itself; your card details are never stored for a repeat charge.
Can I get a refund?
Activated subscriptions are generally not refunded, which is why the trial comes first. A partial refund may be issued at our discretion for a confirmed server-side fault we cannot resolve; the refund policy sets out the accidental-purchase exception.
