Setup Steps

1Install Stremio on Your Device▼

Download Stremio from stremio.com for your platform: Windows, Mac, Android, Android TV, or Firestick. On Firestick, install via the Downloader app using Stremio's official download URL. iOS users can find Stremio in the App Store but with limited addon support.

2Create and Log In to a Stremio Account▼

Stremio requires a free account to install addons and sync them across devices. Go to stremio.com, click Sign Up, and create an account. Then log in on all your Stremio apps.

💡 The account sync means you only need to configure the M3U addon once — it appears everywhere you're logged in.
3Find the M3U Playlists Addon▼

Stremio doesn't include an official IPTV addon, but the community-built "M3U Playlists" addon is the standard solution. Visit the Stremio addon community page (stremio-addons.xyz) on your PC or phone. Search for "M3U" to find the M3U Playlists addon.

💡 Community addons are not vetted by Stremio. The M3U Playlists addon is widely used but install at your own discretion.
4Configure the Addon with Your M3U URL▼

When you click Install on the M3U Playlists addon, a configuration page appears. Paste your Flickhaven M3U playlist URL in the "Playlist URL" field. Optionally paste your Flickhaven XMLTV EPG URL in the "EPG URL" field for the TV guide. Click Install.

5Find Live TV in Stremio▼

Open Stremio on your TV or device. On the main Board, scroll to find the "Live TV" or channels section that the M3U addon has populated. Channels appear organised by category. Select any channel to start watching.

💡 If the Live TV section doesn't appear, restart Stremio. Addon sync can take 1–2 minutes on first launch.
6Browse Channels and VOD▼

In Stremio's Board, your M3U channels should be listed under Live TV categories. Navigate to Sports, Entertainment, UK channels, etc. Note that VOD from your IPTV subscription is better browsed in a dedicated IPTV app like IPTV Smarters — Stremio's VOD integration with M3U playlists is limited.
